No weight today, but I'm guessing I'm back to 139 after a binge last weekend. This weekend I will do my best to stay on plan and work out. I did some weight lifting today and had to face the fact that without regular work I lose muscle. I had trouble finishing my sets with the 17.5 lb dumbells when I was hoping to move to the 20s

I need someone to yell "YOU LACK DISCIPLINE" in the Arnold Schwarzenegger voice.

I was 132.5 yesterday morning. This morning I am 136.2 because I had a massive drunk binge eating rampage (we're talking serious binging, not "omg I had 2 cookies") last night. It makes me cringe to type that but I need to see it in writing.

130.8 this morning. Hopefully I hit 129 sometime soon but my rate of weight dropping has drastically slowed due to my not getting enough calories & lack of exercise! BOOOO.

134.4 - I have had a terrible week calories wise...so glad to not see a gain. Last night I finished the night with 1 and a quarter cheeseburgers. I ate mine and wanted more so badly I convinced my boyfriend to stop eating his and give it to me. Slippery slope...

After a recent elevation in my weight to 131.6 (I believe it was yesterday!)..I am down today to 130.4 which is the lowest I have EVER been. THANK GOD!

I am totally coming back with my tail between my legs. These past two weeks have been horrible and i'm back up to 136. I'm so tired of this yo-yo dieting pattern, I'm sick of it! I'm not really sure what to do though, I've tried taking breaks, and not being so hard on myself, I'm just going to count calories this week and go to the gym and then reassess where i stand.

therex, your post is exactly where I stand. I didn't even weigh this morning because I knew it would just make me feel bad.

I can see and have known for a while subconsciously that I am very, very prone to a yo-yo pattern. I know I have the power to stop it from happening and yet I don't do what I need to.

138.0 today. These last five-seven pounds are killing me. I don't think I could get out of the 130s while working full time.

Krampus, I'm sorry to hear you're going through a similar situation with yo-yo dieting. I wish i could offer up some words of wisdom, but honestly I'm looking for some myself.

I've been sticking to my plan for the past 3 days, and I'm happy that I've gotten back to my lowest weight. I'm already planning to go to a all-you-can-eat buffet and eating like crazy. I think I definitely need to break off some of my relationships (or at least distance myself) that are based mostly around food. I don't want to be anybody's eating buddy anymore.

132.3 today, down over 2 kilograms after just 2 days of on-plan eating!

I have that problem too therex...we actually call ourselves "Team Buffet" and are only half-kidding. In my case, my eating buddies are starting to notice they can't just eat and eat without consequence, so now we're all trying to rein it in. All of us used to be fat and don't want to go back down that road. I'm not sure about your eating buddies situation but I hope you can find a balance you can live with.

136.6 this morning. Am on scale hiatus until at the earliest Friday morning and if I want to be good Saturday. I don't need to ride the emotional roller coaster that is weighing in after surgery and eating odd stuff like soup and ice cream. my goal is to still be in the 130s when I weigh in again. I'm toying with hitting the gym again after work this morning for one more workout before the surgery just to get a kick start in.

I want to congratulate all you girls for doing an amazing job, all of you guys are an inspiration!

krampus- I'm glad to see your weight is down, you're so close to the 120's!

JlNichols07- You're soo close to the 120's too, congrats on getting to a new low!

I think the universe is sending us all good vibes, I'm down to 131 today, my lowest weight since grade school. I'm getting so nervous now that I'm getting closer to the 120's. I don't want to spoil all my work with another binge, especially right now. Wish me luck ladies!
