I haven't weighed for a few days because other things have been on my mind and I haven't been near the scale that I weigh on...will do it soon. I'm guessing my plateau is continuing.

I had 3 slices of pizza for dinner. On one hand, I've been eating really low cal recently and I feel like it was fine, on the other hand, I'm freaking out and regretting it. It was 3 slices of pizzeria veggie pizza. Before dinner I was at about 1,000 cals, all healthy and clean cals. Thankfully I went on a 5 mile run before eating the pizza but I'm still feeling like I "messed up."

Tinasgoal- congrats on getting so close to 120! I hope to join you soon enough in the 120's forum. Do you just keep to a 1200 cal plan and exercise? I've done this throughout my weight loss, and it's definitely harder now that I'm closer to goal.
JLNicols09- Congrats on the low number! I know you'll be in the 120's soon.
I weighed in at 133.6 today, have been bouncing around 133 for about a week though. I haven't exercised in awhile because of the weather. I'll most likely start again this week, i'm tired of the number on the scale!

Back up to 135.4 this morning..TOM is gone so now I'm expecting the W/L to slow down dramatically because it usually picks up during TOM. Boo oh well! Atleast I got a good week of numbers dropping on the scale! Hope everyone is doing good.

138.8. Again. I've been pretty inactive on here for a few days (this thread and others) but I'm going to try to get back into it when I'm not at work/in pain.

Thanks! I can't believe that I'm getting close to the 120s! I just hope there is no increase next time I weigh in and the scale keeps moving down. Hopefully we will both be joining the 120s thread shortly.
I actually started my weigh loss journey with weight watchers back when I weighed 164 lbs. WW didn't work for me, I ended up frustrated and felt like I could never enjoy a full meal so I quit WW and now I just work out and count calories. I eat around 1400-1500 calories during the weekdays and around 1800 on the weekends, 1200 would not be enough for me
JLN- I hope you see that post TOM loss
Rainbow- feel better soon!

Hit 139.6 this morning! Holy crap, haven't been there since high school. (That was only like 6ish years ago, but still! Feels like eons.) Hoping I can log in range for a few more days to officially join the club.

I am fluctuating between 138 and 140, so I won't change my ticker until I am sure but I think I fit ok in the 130s thread. I need to be in the 120s!

I weighed in at 139.5 today. My healthy BMI weight is so, so close. I would be happy if my relationship weren't falling apart, but I guess you can't have everything.

I am still weighing in at 140 but I guess I can't expect too much loss in 3 days. I just need to not get discouraged and cheat.

137.3 this morning. Not counting it as a loss really as I've been stuck for so long and seen this before only to see 138.8 again the next day.

...Strange! 135.6 this morning! Yesterday I was 134.8! How do you gain .8 over night?

hi ladies, i'm coming to join you in this 130s thread. i weighed in today at about 133. i still am uncertain about what my goal weight should be. i am happy that i am finally in a normal bmi range!!! i think that i am going to atleast try and get to the mid 120s. also, i think i need to come to terms with my body shape. i have always wanted to look slender and long and lean. unfortunately i just don't thin that is the way i am built, i am more athletic. i have thick calves and a lot of muscle in my thighs. i think i need to just firm up my arms and midsection and be happy when i get to the 120s. i think it is easy to go overboard and keep lowering my weight, but i want to be somewhere that is maintainable.
