Hey ladies

I'm not going to say Happy Monday, because there's really nothing happy about it...

But uh, welcome to a new week?

I need to be good - the end of last week was just terrible. Yes, I'm going to blame it on TOM, but I'm also going to blame it on being emotionally drained. My energy is back, so I'm going to commit to actually being on friggin plan.

How's everyone doing?

Struggling at work. Just over all the crap, muck, drama in this office. I can't decide if it is time to look for something else or not just yet. I have been here for only 9 months. FML

haha just debbie downers around here!

Atleast we have each other lol!

I am starting to incorporate protein shakes into my diet here and there. Wonder if it will do anything? It certainly makes me fulllllll

Hi girls!

Here's something on a happy note. I went to Express on Friday to spend some giftcards that i've received from Blue Cross Blue Points (if you have BCBS, sign up for Blue Points, its AWESOME!) Anyways, through sales, coupons, a mess to my favor from Express and my Blue Points gifts cards, I got $200 worth of stuff for only $13 out of my pocket. SCORE!! Now $200 from Express = 2 pairs of slacks and 2 shirts, but still. Also, size 6 pants and medium shirts! Double SCORE!! I have NEVER worn a 6, expect maybe 6x in kids.

My diet journey is almost complete. My last day will be Feb 28th. For the rest of this month I am going to try calorie cycling, just to see what happens. I'm doing a rotation of 1200, 1500, 1800, 1200 etc. Starting March 1st, I am going to up my calories to 1800 per day and continue working out 6+days per week. And just work on maintaining and building muscle.

Linds- Im a big fan protein, I shoot for 120-140g per day. I regularly have either protein shakes or protein bars (Quest Bars are awesome!) You can also use the protein powder to make pancakes. They are dense but do-able.

Today......well it's almost over LOL Is it sad that the one thing keeping me going throughout the whole day was that I was going to be able to come home from the gym and watch last night's Glee? LOL I also got sucked into an episode of MADE at the gym because the girls were from Massachusetts! haha

It's looking like it will be a full week of school this week....we haven't had one of those since before Christmas break! haha

My Mondays are pretty hectic from 12 pm on. I tried to stick my 1/2 hour of exercise in at 3 pm after work, but I got delayed and didn't start until 3:30. Long story short, I had to rush dinner and was so hungry and unsatisfied that when I came home I ate a later second dinner since I still had enough calories left. I'm going to have to work on getting better organized so that I'm not trying to do everything on the fly on Monday.

Jenn - that's awesome! I love making out like a bandit

Alright, I'm going to attempt to be more positive today. Key word - attempt - because every thought in my head is I DON'T WANT TO.

Sigh. I need a new job. And I need to finish school quickly so I can get said new job.

Ok the plan was to be on plan yesterday... Yeah that didn't happen. At least I got a good workout at my soccer game last night. Ugh girl scout cookies are everywhere at my office right now though. It's bad. Like really really bad.

In summary. Planning is essential, but plans are useless.

Jess- I do have a ferret, his name is tucker. He was my valentines day gift last year. He's pretty fantastic except for all the times he's not. Like when he runs down the hallway with the remote that's larger than he is. Or when he hides things under the bed right in the middle of our king sized. But he makes up in adorability.
