Just turned 25 -- quit smoking 5 months ago. I NEED HELP.

There are lots of great people on here who are very supportive. Feel free to join the Decemeber challenge. Also.. add your info the BIO thread and let us know more about you.

What is your ultimate goal, why are you losing weight, etc, etc.
