Default i'm impatient!!

so this is my first week back on ww and just on a diet in general. i've so far seen a loss of about 2 lbs, but i am SO impatient!

when i first lost weight, i was doing a very strict medical weight loss system that would lead me to lose a lb a day. however, that kind of diet is definately not a lifestyle and while i have kept the weight off and lost more, its been more of a struggle to be patient.

i really just want to be skinny already!!

Well going from 222 to 161 I think you are pretty good at almost being there. But I fully understand what you are saying, it's like I've done this for how long...geez when is this going to end so I can start maintaining!

I'm with you! I get soo mad when I think how quickly I can put weight on vs. how slowly it will come off! NOT fair! Especially when it seems like the guys I work with can eat and do whatever they want and not gain an ounce. It must be nice to have a metabolism that can support that .

Sooo close to goal and yet sooo far away! UGH!

omg i feel the same way! my husband is always talking about how large his stomach is and how he needs to lose weight, but seriously, he will eat delicious junk for lunch and stay exactly the same-- and hes not even really overweight.

I have a patience problem too! But, I am keeping "Delayed Gratification" in mind at all times. If I do right, 6 months from now, I'll be happy, if I don't do right, 6 months from now, I'll be mad! lol.

I know you don't want to hear this, but for your mental health it may be better to lose slowly and learn to love your body along the way!!

If I went to bed fat and woke up early I think I would need major therapy. I still feel like a fat chick in size 4 jeans.

You need a little time for your head to catch up.
