zone pilates
 

hey, i actually just found two zone pilates VHS tapes (ancient, yes i know) in my closet and the pilates ring...so i tried it out (3 times b/c its only 11min long)...it's just day 1 so i really dont know if it will work for me, but anyone else tried this program? did you see results? and if so, in how long?

i posted this in the fitness vids forum as well, but dont know if people frequent it as much as the support forums, but anywho..these vids are from 2003, i know there are better ones out there but i just want to try these out, so if anyone has any feedback on this program it would be much appreciated.:)
