I weigh-in on the Wii Fit on Sundays and change my ticker.

Sometimes I weigh other mornings on the scales just to check, but I don't obsess over those numbers and only really focus on the Sunday weight. When I was previously on track, I could see a little loss every day and it was very motivating. This time, not so much! For instance, Mon-Wed were great days for me plan-wise, yet my weight hasn't been changing.

I'm the exact same as this.
I weigh everyday because it gives motivation to see it go down little by little, but only write down and keep Monday's WI in my head

I try to keep it to once a week, but usually every other morning.

Sometimes I weigh myself every day but I only record my weight twice a week. I like sticking to recording twice a week because they I can see how my loss is going and adjust food/exercise if need be before my next official weigh in.

i'm glad i saw this post. been really annoyed that the scale doesn't move any lower, but up after working out 4 days in a row, limiting carbs, and upping my protein. I know i should be weighing myself ever week...but my scale is right there and I weigh myself 2 times a day lately. the last 24 hrs i've been so pissed at it lol that i just ignore it and walk right by it. I think 1xs a week is better for my own sanity... ughh
