I stepped on the scale this morning and it read 200.1 i was just so happy im so so close, and i havent really been working out since my exercise bike broke and im getting it fixed. lol.
yea we had about 8 inches of snow here last nite. it was a blizzard out there! wreaks all over the place! glad work called me and told me i didnt have to come in. lol only had one client anyways..
Mary - thanks! i'm so excited i'm going snowboarding this weekend. wooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm gonna try not to eat tooooo unhealthily.. it'd be cool to see a loss after the weekend. its a ton of exercise after all....

So I almost didn't go to the gym, and then a co-worker called me a lazy a$$ (he totally didn't mean it, I asked him to make me go to the gym). I just had the most awesome 4 miles on the treadmill ever.
My favorite spin instructor was behind me on the ellipticals, and when I got off to get a thingie to wipe the machine down she was like "wow, you looked like you were ready to run someone down!" I was like I WAS HAVING FUN!! She just smiled and was like, good for you, sweetie

Jess - I'm jealous! Seriously, I need to find a day I can go again. I've been bringing my own lunch to the lodge, it's my little resolution for this year to never again eat lodge food if I can help it.

I had a sodium rich day :C But I also drank my weight in water, had to pee every five minutes, AND did a nice long hour of ***-kicking cardio;/strength intervals so I'm hoping it balances out. We'll see tomorrow.
Now I need to stop procrastinating and do my classwork....

They already called school for us tomorrow, so it's nice knowing that I can sleep in I am SO SICk of snow!!! This is the 4th snow day we have had since last Wednesday!!!!
Ugh, so I stayed up until at least 1:30 doing my classwork last night, then finally got off to bed but I was scared out of a deep sleep this morning when my boyfriend's mom banged on the door to ask him to clean the snow off of her car. Couldn't get back to sleep. But even with the sodium yesterday I managed to drop a wee bit to 176.4 today I'm impressed that I lost at all with that much sodium.
I'm also MEGA excited because on of my favorite photographers (who lives relatively close to me) friended me on Facebook because I was following her newest blog and had made a few comments. She's a huge inspiration to me + I was surprised that she friended me from just a few comments, but oh my gosh did it excite me this morning
Good morning ladies!! Can someone force me to go on a run this afternoon? I'm sore from kickboxing, but I know that a run will help loosen me up. I can forsee myself getting really lazy in this wonderful Friday!!!
Jess, if I got my a$$ out of bed at 7 am (after getting in at 12:30 from a 4 hour drive), cleaned off snow from my sister's car and then went to the gym for an hour, you can go running. You'll be glad that you did.
I'm sitting in Starbucks working on my final, then I have to get an oil change and take down a ::insert expletive:: Christmas tree.

As for me, I am super excited cause I got tickets to see Lady GaGa and the Scissor Sisters on tour in Columbus! They are kinda crappy seats (we are almost behind the stage), but I don't care cause it's Lady-effing- GaGa!
