I like to find a lot of healthy freezer options at the grocery store. Right now in my freezer are turkey meatballs, tyson grilled and ready chicken strips, lots of steamfresh veggies and some sweet potato fries. I use my crock pot a TON! sparkrecipes have a lot of wonderful crockpot recipes. I also will cook enough dinner that I can have leftovers for lunch the next day.

Super easy recipe - chicken cooked in salsa. Thats it. you can do it in the crock pot all day, simmer on the stove or bake it. You can serve it in a wrap or over brown rice or just eat the chicken with a dollop of LF or FF sour cream.

I make Portabello Pizza's. 1 cap and i put pesto spread on it then some left over boneless chicken breast, some feta, black olives, artichoke and a slice of provolone and put it in the oven for 5min until the cheese is bubbly. mmm so good and like 330 calories.
