3DS Challenge
So I really have been wanting some support and motivation. What better way than to put my progress on a public forum. =) So I Have the 30 day shred that's my workout since I'm a stay at home mom so this is my 30 day shred challenge. I'm going to record my progress for any one to see. I'm going to be trying to consume 1200-1500 calories daily and work out atleats 5 days a week I'm going to write down everything I eat. Anyone can join if you would like! or even add advice about my daily menu and ill help anyone else as much as I can. By this time next month I wanna be starting to get my tan on and ready for summer! Hopefully this is enough to get me motivated and going. The starting date for this will be 1/11/11 Here I go!!!:carrot:

I've been doing 3ds (again) as of 5 days ago. It feels great to do it again! I'm also dieting as well (ie eating healthy and staying at around 1300 Cal/day)

Great Job! Its a really good workout its just so hard for me to get motivated. But hopefullu this will help.

hey tiffany i actually started a thread called food accountability its at the bottom of page 3 where i was writting down everything i was eating but nobody would do it with me so i stopped but if your gonna do it ill do it again!

I just did the first day today as well! It was tough but I got thru it! I'm so proud of myself for actually finishing the workout. I do it while the baby sleeps(nanny) so I love that it's only 20mins! My boss did the 30 days and lost close to 15lbs and she didn't change her diet all that much. I'm hoping to lose 10 atleast!
