Hello all, i been a member of this site for about a week now.. just found the 20-something group =o)
i was wondering if anyone has good pointers on leg excersies? I carry most of my weight in my butt thighs and hips and that is the part i have the hardest losing the weight.. Anyone have good ideas or know if place i can find good ideas??


Honestly, though, I've been doing a lot of walking throughout my weight loss journey, and it's really helped to tone up my calves, butt, and thighs. Squats and lunges are great as well.
