162.2 this morning! just bought a new scale last night because the old one was playing mean tricks on me. [it said 161.0 the first time i stepped on! i was so excited. then it said 163.4 and i literally cried.] so i don't know how accurate my past weigh-ins have been, but this is my true weight now, and i know that for sure!

The scale said 166.6 today but I'm not really buying it...I didn't really believe it when it said 167.2 yesterday either after it gave me 168.2 first. I've been good, but not that good.

I'm not complaining if this is my real weight, because that'd be fantastic but I'm worried my scale isn't well and telling me lies. We shall see tomorrow.

yaho!! hello everyone! it's been a while! but i just don't feel like posting in here everyday since my weightloss is always oh-so-slow.

but 166.7 today! woo! i think this may be the first time in my life i've ever seen 166 on the scale. exciting stuff. hope i reach my v-day goal!!

@Cat eyes: Don't worry you'll get it girl if you keep it up!
@Luddy: Is your scale pretty old? If so I'd replace it, if not then I hope it turns out well.

Well today I decided to count my calories for the first time since I started dieting today, and omg am I so mad. I started doing 60 minute cardio and weights a little over a week ago and I've been stuck at 168 and yoyoing from water weight to 170, so I was thinking "What the **** is going on?" I ate nearly 2000 calories today!!!!!

Well tomorrow I have an appointment with a trainer, Planet Fitness has a free 1 hour trial with a trainer to get your BMI and discuss what you need to do to get where you want to be. Hopefully I can keep better track of my calorie intake too.

Keep up the amazing work ladies!

kruez, yup, counting calories can be a real eye-opener! like you think "oh i'm not eating that much" to "oh sh!t..." good luck with everything though!

i was in the 60's for the first time in about a year today - i hope i aren't temptkng fate by posting in here too soon, perhaps i shoud have waited a couple more days to be sure ..........
