Jan 1- 149.4- still trying to get rid of all the vacation weight. I have a feeling this could take awhile.
Jan 2- 149.8- ugh
Jan 3- 149.8- good lord this could be bad! I feel gross. Back to calorie tracking!
Jan 4- 149.8- I can def. tell TOM is looming. I really didn't think ALL of this was REAL weight..guess I was wrong! RAWR!

I had a sandwich last night with deli meat and the sodium in it has me back up to 289.6! Oh well, lots of water today!!
