Kirsten's episode really struck a cord with me! She was the first one whom I saw myself in. Maybe it's just the similarity of our names =) It was just a lot of stuff that she said was exactly how I feel.

This wasn't one of my favorites, but I think her weight loss was a little more realistic than some of the others. Thirty pounds in 72 days is pretty awesome. This girl was just so blah & lacked personality - which I get - it's a defense mechanism, but geez! Find some people that are interesting to watch. That's my two cents.

agreed. I mean I felt as if her weight loss was the most realistic to how it is for most people, but you could tell everyone wanted her to show something but she wasn't giving anything. I mean i was getting frustrated watching her because her trainer was just there for her, and she was just like "oh yeah...cool." blank stare.

I too thought last nights show was more realistic in weight loss, but it was a lot more boring than the others. I think I liked the very first episode and Jordan's episode the best!

Kelly (?) was soooo boring. She had no personality! She didn't push herself and she was so blah! I don't know how she acted like that when she had such a hot trainer. I would be running as fast as I could trying to impress him. I was also sorry to see that what she learned over the summer didn't benefit her sisters very much.
