Spinning totally paid off yesterday and battled with my bad garlic-bread-nabbing self because I'm down a pound to 178.5 today hooray No more garlic bread for me, though! I've got a week and a half and 3.5 pounds to lose to make my Christmas goal! I'm going to do it!

Awesome Mary! Take that, Garlic Bread, you evil buttery crunchy little jerk! Way to plant yourself firmly in these 170's!!!!

My weight today was slightly up to 179.2, but I am hoping that is creeps back down tomorrow. I hate being on the tip of the iceberg. Can't wait to see 175- and hope it's for Christmas. That is what I am asking Santa for, a nice number on the scale.

Kriz, Mary, our goals, along with our current weights and starting weights, are so close its nuts! We are three peas in a pod! 175/176 for Christmas, and anything in the 160's for Valentines! Lets do this ladies! Can you imagine, in a few short weeks we will be saying hasta lavista to the 170's!

Jaimie - I knowwwww right?!

I am having a major setback right now, I haven't GONE and done anythign bad ...yet. But remember how I was telling you girls about my boot camp having a 8 week program for prizes in the New Year?

Well check this out: http://www.jcfbootcamp.com/new-year-new-you-challenge/

Sooo my problem is that I WANT TO WIN!!! However, if new people join, they are obviously going to lose faster than I am (I mean I've been at this for 40lbs now...its slowing down..) So i'm like UGH! I mean those prizes are awesome enough but on top of that, I WANT TO WIN! I told my boyfriend maybe i should gain ten pounds before it starts so I can drop em quickly...he looked at me like I was crazy, especially since I officially weigh less than I have in over 7 years. =(

I'm REALLY going to need you guys and your support this week until the start of the program January 10th. I know what I'm saying sounds crazy but I can't help the way I feel!

Kriz- I live in ND. You should all feel sorry for me. It's sooooo cold here. I hate it. But, it is what it is. Someday I hope to move a little further to the south!

And yes, we are totally going to be here for you! You can do this, and don't even think about gaining a pound! The true prize in all of this is that you have already LOST 40 POUNDS! No prize could possibly be better than that! Keep your chin up! And blow those newbies out of the water!

(You could cheat and drink like a gallon of water right before the first weigh in- they do it on the biggest loser all the time, lol. Ankle weights??? Haha!)

LMAO!! After speaking with the trainer and voicing my concerns he said he thinks I have a real shot if I go balls out. SO I'm just going to go ALL BALLS AGAINST THE WALL!

With your support and my girls at Bootcamp I know i can do it!! The goal is going to be to lose 15-20lbs during those 8 weeks...Here's to me DOING IT and getting even closer to goal! UGH!!!

He said he is going to make sure to measure body fat percentage and it won't be just on weight. So that is good! He is also throwing in fitness tests to see who improved the most etc.

However, I'm still drinking a gallon of water before I go. LOL

Thanks Kay!!!

Jaimie and Mary, how are you girls doing today?

I was injured a bit but still went to BC all week and busted my behind so I'm feeling good! Had boxing today and was wrecking shop..at least I think I was lol. I weighed myself this morning (off day) and it came in at 177.4 so here's to hoping that sticks until Monday or goes down to 177 even!

Back up to 170 today. This is starting to get really old. Whenever I get stuck at a weight for 5 days, it turns into at least a 2 week stall.

I've been working out really hard all week, but staying on plan, so it must be the workouts. I'm thinking of having an off plan day to shock my metabolism since I want to keep working out (I have a fabulous NYE dress in mind), but I'm worried that I won't meet my NYE goal of 165... any thoughts or advice??
