With just over 9 weeks to go, 10lb will be my goal, to be 145. I've just committed to calorie counting and I exercise 5 days a week, mostly classes and circuits at the gym. The exercise part is really enjoyable for me, but food? Oh goodness... There's the tough part. I'm single, so it's a bit early for Valentine's Day plans, but I'm pretty sure I'll have a pretty dress on! (there are 2 in my closet that I would love to wear but currently do not fit
