I can't really keep it a secret that I'm losing, but the purpose behind the motivation will be a secret. I'd like to surprise him on Valentine's with something cute to wear!
I've decided that I hit the do-or-die point this morning and will not give up this time or even slip. Like rockin'robin always says... I will plan, plan, plan! =)

Pint- I hear ya, I didn't do so great yesterday either.

I ended up working late and had friends over for dinner so I missed my workout. But that just means I have to come back strong... I will be doing the 30DS every day through Sunday. My abs still hurt from Tuesday.
Still weighing in at 179 so far.

Another part of my plan is more home cooked meals. I love to cook but ever since my husband has been working nights I have had a hard time bringing myself to cook much at all. I have been doing a lot of subway veggie subs. Anyway, can't wait to try this recipe from skinnytaste. http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/11/c...htened-up.html

Hi all! I had one of those mornings when I woke up and just *felt* smaller...hopped on the scale and it was the same as yesterday. I HATE when that happens! But, I guess staying the same is better than going up. Trying to maintain the glass is half-full mentality

Hey girls, can i join in? I want to loose 30 pounds by then...I know its EXTREME, but I need to aim big. If i don't make it to that, i'll be okay. but why not aim for the stars? So...

I forgot to weigh this morning. >.<

Today wasn't terrible. It wasn't great either. I was at 1435 calories, but then had some popcorn (didn't keep track of how much, either) so I'm probably closer to 1500-1600.

I'm in!

I weighed in at 293.6 this morning and I want to be 268 by Vday! I have to lose appx 2lbs a week to get there and I know I can do it! By Vday it will be my lowest in 5yrs!

niteowl, careful with that cold, don’t want to make it worse! maybe take this time to focus on drinking lots of water?

stargzr, YES! glad the scale is headed the right way! I saw a tiny drop today too, aaaand i’m soo sore from yesterday’s workout. yay us
