hey ladies-

looks like everyone is doing great congrats jessica!
i had a little shocker on the scale- lose 4lbs this week, which is pretty cool but totally unexpected. i think i'll probably make it to 220 by next weigh in (next sunday) but who knows. it's ok if i don't make it to 219. even where i'm at know is pretty good i'm starting a new exercise program this week, so we'll see how it affects the weight loss.

It is getting quiet around here. I don't think I will hit my goal. I have had a big stall most of last month and haven't really gotten the ball rolling again. I am going to try my hardest though!

I finally got my Valentine's dinner set up. Dinner on a riverboat. I am going to make the husband wear the suit and I have to pull out a dress. I have one in mind but honestly I haven't tried it on since about 10+ lbs ago. I might have to get a new one!

I don't want to get into a depressed state and kind of give up on my plan for the last few days of this challenge. SW (30 November 2010): 70.2kg / 154.7 pounds.
CW (11 February 2011): 64kg / 141 pounds
Last Weigh In (30 January 2011): 65kg / 143.3 pounds.
Realistic GW (14 February 2011): 65kg / 143.3 pounds
Ultimate GW (14 February 2011): 62kg / 136.6 pounds

So I'm past my goal by a couple of pounds already. Ultimate goal is not achievable in 2 days haha. Would love if it was! I'm thinking I might see 63.5kg/139.9 pounds by Monday? We'll see!

it's TOM for me, so i'll be happy to stay the same. i'm super bloated (BOO!). i think inspite of being in a limbo relationship and losing my job, i did pretty good.

I did hit 195 a few wks ago so couldve gotten lower but ive been having chest pains and heart palpitations and the dr in the ER ordered me not to exercise until i see a cardiologist and find out whats going on. So eating as well as i can to maintain!
