  • what's on the playlist that keeps you moving, even when you feel like you might collapse? i have a pretty eclectic workout mix on my ipod right now, but i think the change is what keeps me going...(ps i'm a huge music dork):

daft punk - around the world
newfound glory - hit or miss
    phoenix - long distance call
    black eyes - kings dominion

  • I don't use this for workouts but I do use it for work, when I'm all pumped up and want to stay "in the zone" coding for as long as I can... I bet it would work well for the gym too though; I should try it out.

    AudioBody - You Gotta Tap
    Battles - Atlas
Booka Shade - Body Language / Interpretation
    Chicane - Poppiholla

  • I really like mashups by Girl Talk...his new album is a little over an hour, and it's meant to be listened to all at once. I think it works as great workout music because you just listen to one song flow into the other, and before you know it you've been on the treadmill/bike/elliptical/whatever for over an hour!
