4:30AM - Get up and dressed for workout
4:35-5:00AM - drink coffee and get ready for workout 5:00am-6:00am - P90X (I follow the lean schedule pretty strictly, haven't miss a day in 37 days.) 6:00am-7:00am -shower and get ready for work 7:00am - get little up and dressed, make breakfast (either a protein shake, egg whites and turkey bacon or PB oatmeal) , eat and out the door by 7:35 8:15 - at work 10:00 snack - varies daily, typically some trail mix, veggies or string cheese 12:00-1:00PM Lunch - also varies. Usually leftovers from the night before. Protein and veggies. 3:00PM - Snack 5:00PM - head home 5:45 - 6:45 - Make and eat dinner 6:45-7:30PM - play with little one (some nights are bath nights) Between 7:30 and 8:00Pm put little one down for bed 8:00-8:30PM - clean kitchen, pick up toys. MAYBE watch a TV show and have a sugar free fudgesicle Between 8:30 and 9:00PM - bed. 1 night a week I try to go to Jazzercise too. P90X is 6 days a week, so if I don't make my Jazzercise its not a big deal. |
My schedule is strange too, because I work 4 days a week and midnights at that. Usually its something like this:
-Wake 9pm -Shower -Moisturize everywhere! -Breakfast: Protein whey shake or Kashi Cereal w/ protein side (such as eggs or turkey bacon) -Work by 10:30pm -Lunch: 1 to 2 lean proteins with a veggie and a fruit, usually around 2am -Snack: Yogurt and a granola bar w/ a side of fruit or 100 cal popcorn w/ a side of fruit -Go home @ 8am -Dinner: Lean Cuisine w/ two to three veggies & a side of fruit -Dessert: 100 cal ice cream -Bed by 11am Now, on my days off, the gym comes after breafast.... :) |
mines always the same..monday through friday!
5:00AM: get up, get dressed for the gym, slam a cup of coffee. 5:15AM-6:10AM: gym! 6:10AM-7:15AM: shower, hair, breakfast (eggwhites, bacon & toast or oatmeal), then off to work! 8:00AM-4:30PM: work, 2 snacks & a lunch are in there somewhere! lol! 5:00PM: get home, relax. 6:00PM: dinner! 6:30PM: relax more, clean, etc. until... 10:00PM: lay down & attempt to sleep. :) |
