This is NOT your typical body shot. This is an inspirational video I made about self-acceptance. I've watched so many dieting videos on youtube where people put themselves down, spend way too much time focusing on their flaws, and almost are asking people to reaffirm their negative body image. This is my response to that. ENJOY!

I love lifehouse too... and I feel that the name exemplifies my dieting and weight history. I'm working hard to find balance in my life and end the yoyo cycle forever.
