Today I had leftover "spaghetti"- just spaghetti squash mixed with spaghetti sauce and browned extra lean ground beef. Put it in a caserole dish, sprinkle low fat mozzarella cheese on top and bake at 350 for about 20-30 min. It's delish and low calorie for a very large portion!
