a few pounds of fluctuation day-to-day is pretty normal. if you’re on plan, it will correct itself how long have u been weight training?

Aww, don't worry about it! I've experienced increases for 3 days straight and I was exercising and with the exception of Halloween, I was very strict with my eating. Finally today the stingy scale showed up with a 1 pound loss. I'm sure it's just the daily fluctuation. Keep it up!
