Nov 2: Elliptical - 35 minutes, Stairmaster - 15 minutes, crunches
Nov 3: Stairmaster - 40 minutes, dips, crunchs
Nov 4: Rest
Nov 5: Stairmaster - 45 minutes, crunches, push ups, dips, lunges, side lunges, leg lifts
Nov 6: Tennis - 2 hours
Nov 7: Cybex Machine - 45 minutes, crunches
Nov 8: Statistics homework - 4 hours (apparently studying burns calories?)...or we'll just say a rest day :)
Nov 9: Stairmaster - 45 minutes, crunches, push ups, dips, lower back exercises
Nov 10: 5K - 36:53, lunges, side lunges, leg lifts, crunches, back exercises
Nov 11: Rest (or day from **** at work, whichever)
Nov 12: 5K - 36:36, crunches, push ups, dips, lower back exercises
Nov 13: Spin Class - 45 minutes, Stair Master - 20 minutes, crunches, lower back exercises
Nov 14: House cleaning - 2 hours.
Nov 15: Spinning 90 minutes, lower back exercises
Nov 16: Stairmaster - 45 minutes, crunches, dips, push ups
Nov 17: Running - 20 minutes; Elliptical - 30 minutes, lunges (with weights), side lunges, leg lifts, lower back exercises, arm weights, crunches
Nov 18: Stairmaster - 20 minutes; Elliptical - 25 minutes; elevated leg lifts, lower back exercises
Nov 19: Rest (or a lot of pie making, whichever you call it)
