Woohoo! Congrats on everyone's successes! It is SO amazing how we are all getting through this Holiday season unscathed! THAT is determination!!!!!!

I weighed myself today (even tho I shouldn't have!!!!) but don't worry, not counting my weight until Monday...Anyway, it was 180.8...if I can get out of the 180's by Monday...I think I'll die of joy!

It's SO amazing to see your body transform in front of you! The weight loss is GREAT but seeing my body TONE from working out is CRAZY! I just wrote one of my favorite blogs yet on my blog...lol I am SO in love with what working out does!

Kriz congrats!!! I'm 181.4 today. Tomorrow I'm shooting for 180 even in hopes of getting rid of the last of my holiday water retention. Of course, TOM is next week. Fingers crossed that if I make 179 before that it will hang around!!!

Feels so nice to be going down. Considering this is my first week back at it, I'm thinking that I'll have to space out my weighing in next week so that I see a consistent drop rather than the week long roller coaster.

Arg, still at 181. For some reason I thought I might see 179 this morning after yesterday's evil spin class (an hour and 20 minutes!!!) I'm still chugging away, hoping to see 179 next week.

I've been considering a spin class for a while but from my evil childhood memories I've scared myself away. What do you think about it Mary? Am I ok to be scared?

Spin classes are great! just my 2 cents.

They're entertaining if you have a good instructor, and you can go at your level by increasing/decreasing the tension for all the actions they want you to do. Great way to bust a sweat.
