Hey ladies! So how did everyone's Thanksgiving go? I hope it was festive and filled with family/friends!

Yesterday morning I woke up to breakfast in bed from the boyfriend. He has been SO sweet lately. LOL, he didn't cook it, it was actually from IHOP but he totally (untypical of him too!) got me what I would have ordered myself. It was the Ihop Fit meal which was under 400 calories, egg substitute, 2 lighter pancakes and turkey bacon. I ate one of the pancakes, all of the egg and all of the turkey bacon =) Washed it all down with some good ole water!
Anyway long story short, I got sorta off schedule yesterday but I kinda knew that would happen. It wasn't that bad but I didn't eat again until 6pm! And it was thanksgiving dinner. I had chicken (baked-no skin), mac and cheese (made with light everything and skim milk!), spinach, cornbread and even had an apple crisp for dessert. I felt sorta guilty but then I said eff it. I'm eating this and I'm just gonna watch my portion intake. Which I did.
I ate again at midnight because I was going to be up until 4am and wanted my metabolism to keep goign but it was a regular small meal.
Anyway,t hat's how my Thanksgiving went.
I weighed myself this morning and sadly I went up a pound from the previous day but I plan to work that off this weekend! I am currently at 183.2. I won't make anything official until Monday. We brought NO leftovers home except a damn apple crisp which I am goin to have to either throw away or work that extra 300 calories into my intake!
How did everyone else do yesterday? What are your weekend goals?
Sounds like everyone did pretty great! I did good on Thanksgiving, but yesterday my eating was a little off and between the sodium and the off-plan eating (and slight stoppage in the bathroom area - ugh!) I'm at 182.4 today but I'm thinking I might be more like 181 or less if I can ever go to the bathroom lol.
Do you guys weigh yourselves everyday? I have to limit myself to once a week otherwise I get too obsessed, sometimes discouraged. Thanksgiving was great, everyone is back home in California but my husband and I were able to spend time with friends. I was impressed with how I really monitored what I ate. I didn't restrict anything, just had less than I normally would. Still had a great time and the girls team won charades! Hope everyone is enjoying their Black Weekend!
HappilyMarried - to keep my sanity, I too weigh once weekly. Unfortunately, I have been in the habit of weighing myself everyday lately and I HATE myself for it! I gotta stop!!! I peeked into the Nov Daily weigh thread and almost went insane just looking at everyone's daily weigh-ins. I am going to just wait until my regular day of Monday (TRY at least) to weigh in....
We don't have thanksgiving over here, which i'm quite thankful for 'cos that's one less holiday feast i have to dread. I'm already getting hung up on family Christmas. Good to see all you guys enjoying yourselves though.
I'm at 185.4 today, hoping I can get to 185 even by Monday weigh in.
Ladies, so many of us are soooo close. I hope we can get there soon. I was okay for thanksgiving, I didn't hold back on anything, had potatoes, gravy, pie, and buns....BUT, I had one plate with a small serving of each. Usually I have like 2-3 plates. Proud of myself for hanging on. Havn't weighed since my last post. I am going to wait and start weighing once a week. I mess myself up, have a bad day on the scale and use that to make excuses for eating poorly. I am getting to normal weight range by the end of Feb, I just have to do it.

I have cut down to 2-3 times a week. When I was weighing daily I would get super obsessed and not talk about anything else. I drove my friends nuts and was in a bad head-space.
This morning I am back down to 180.1, hopefully when I hit the 170's this time it sticks. Thinking it will since Thanksgiving is done.
Been in the 180's for about a week now, but just getting around to posting here. But, I'm happy to join ya, & I hope you're happy to have me here. lol
I weigh when I think of it, really. I don't weigh every day - but definitely a few times a week. I think for the sake of accuracy, I need to start getting into the habit of only weighing once a week and at the same time...
Well, today was my weigh-in day, although earlier in the week I saw 182 and 181 on the scale ...unfortunately I had a bad day Saturday, not really a BAD day but I wasn't doing what I should've full heartedly, anywayyyyyyy I still lost 2 pounds and I'm happy about that. I plan to FULLY get down to 180 by the next weigh in and hopefully by the second week in December I can be COMPLETELY out of the 180's and FAR FAR away from them forever!
EEsh! -10 sounds awful! I recommend Wii Fit, Denise Austin, or the best- any Jillian Michaels' dvd. I hope it doesn't get too bad this year winter wise. I guess last year was mild so I haven't experienced a true winter here yet. Glad I will be going home to California for the holidays! I weigh in tomorrow. I hope for some good results since people are noticing!
Sorry I've been mia for a few days! I think I'm back to 181.something today. I've been living on soup since I've been feeling under the weather. Doesn't look like I'm making 179.9 by tomorrow though :C SOON. I swear I'm getting out of these damn 180s.
I need to go workout before I spend the rest of the day immersed in knitting...
