181 today. had to weigh myself a couple times, because it looked like 180.5 again at one point. doesn't matter, writing 181 for now. haven't been counting caloies, but trying to eat heatlhy and looks like it did work! so today i'm back to counting (as best as i can, seeing as i might be going to the mall w/ boyfriend's mom today) and hopefully by this time next week i'm 2 more pounds down

I have consistently weighed under 180 (177.6-178) for the last 2-3 days ... even with clothes on ... in the middle of the day ... after eating ... lol. I think it's safe to say good-bye and good luck to you lovely ladies and see you in the 170's thread soon!

So not so much of the hulk-y "breaking in half" of the 180s yet, I was without a scale for a week and boy was I bad, but I was glad to see that after all of my bad behavior I lost a half of a pound this week - I'll take it.

Yesterday I walked around for an hour and a half taking pictures (I'm a photographer) and it felt great! Spinning this morning as usual. I WILL get back to a regular exercise schedule. I need at least 4x per week.

Its nice to see so many people moving on!!!

For me these last few weeks at home have been hard, and my weight-loss reflects it, where I was losing 2-3#s per week in NYC, I am now loosing only 1# per week (if that)... I have to exercise more but I cant fine the time or the energy!!!

So now I am pretty steady at 185...

I hope next week is better!

Thaaaat's better. Jeez, it took me like a week and a half to get back to 182, what's up with that? I'm going to stay really focused this weekend the 170s are back in my grasp!
