Amanda - I'm wishing you luck! I agree with Jaimie, the 170 thread is kinda slow!

Don't do in and out! Before you go out to eat, just look at the calories on their website, you'll realize you don't want it! It truly helps!

I always weigh naked. just sayin. Less variables! (in the privacy of my home of course)

So. I'm back up to 188.6 this morning. I blame TOM as I'm bloated, crampy and easily annoyed. Generally happy otherwise Poor DH got a dose this morning when I asked him to boil some water for me and he didn't recognize that "boil" was the key word in that sentence. I didn't ask for lukewarm water.

Hoping and wishing that TOM will result in a whoosh. Really super duper want this to be the LAST TIME I see any number in the high 180s.

i'm back and for good till this weight comes off this time!

haven't been on this thread for a month(ish) now... school, work & volunteer took over my life, and with no internet at home for literally a month, i never got a chance to get back over to 3fc! and it's too bad, because i hit 178 at one point, then without the support (and watching my little ticker move!) i went back to 180 so now i'm back, and i'm ready to get back to the 170's!

I have been a bad bad bad bad girl. I haven't been on this site since November (I think). I haven't been loosing any weight. But I am not gaining much either, so a small standstill... I am now at about 181 pounds. I am hoping to be into the 170s threat soon... So I am BACK... I think... No I am... Oh how I wish I was a disciplined individual...

HUm... I used to weigh in once a week, but these days its more like once every two or three weeks. I will go back to once a week once I am doing better!

Ok I'm back after a month absence. weighed in today at 184.6. so that's nearly 3lb gain. I guess it could have been worse but i'm back and gonna get down to those 170s. 175lbs is my goal for 1st February so I got some hard work to put in this month.

I don't know how, but I weighed 179.4 this morning!!! I'm going out Saturday night though and I'm sure I'll mess everything up! LOL I guess I'll make the move to the 170's page on Monday if the scale lets me.

Hi All! Happy New Year!

I don't know what I weigh right now and won't be hopping on a scale for at least another week. I was 188 before Christmas and DO NOT want to see any number in the 190s so am choosing to be ignorant.

So let's just say I'm 189 lbs. And I'm ready and willing (and a lil bit desperate) to kick this extra cusioning off for good!

ANewMeT, I generally weigh myself first thing in the morning once every couple days. As long as I'm doing that, then I'm keeping myself on plan. I find that as soon as I start slacking on weighing myself, it means I'm slacking on my eating and exercise too. Silly control that little scale has on me.

So what's everyone's motivations right now??
