I've been in the 180s since I gave birth in August. With the holiday eating, I fluctuated & couldn't get down past 182. I finally hit 181.8 today, but I had a lot of salt so I'm pounding the water. I'm also trying to only weigh once a week so I don't become obsessed. I'll weigh again on Sunday or Monday because I'm doing a once a week cheat day. Hopefully I'll see 179 in the next week. Please God!

I'm bummed and mad at myself- last summer I lost 15 pounds, and over the course of the last semester I have gained 11 of it back. I need to get back to my healthy eating!

Over the summer we didn't have a car and walked everywhere- it was AWESOME to have that movement built in to my daily routine, but now I'm back home and my big butt drives everywhere. I need a kick in the pants and to start working HARD. I have spent most of my twenties overweight, and I don't want to spend most of my life overweight!

Meals are planned, so here is to the first step- getting out of the 180's!

Hang in there everyone, it will melt away . . .

I'm so happy, I am officially out of the 180's!!! One day at 179.6 and two days in a row at 178.0 . . . I figure a small gain tomorrow, but that's OK because I know the numbers are definitely trending down.

Keep up all the good work everyone . . .

The scale gods are happy with me this week!!

Seeing 180.2 yesterday was AMAZING!!! Had my cheat day, but I'm so glad I busted through the 182 plateau. Can't wait to see a 170s number next weekend!! Pretty soon we will have to start a "Goodbye 170s" group!

So ready to be out of the 180's. Saw 179.8 yesterday morning. That didn't hold. Back up to 180.8 this morning. Gonna chugalug the water today! Green tea might help too, and exercise.

So I'm up 2.6 this week BUT this was winter training week for my team and I am super sore and I know that I always retain tons of water when I'm sore. I think that next week there will be a huge loss because, like I said usually up 4+ pounds in water when I have the DOMS and I am probably the sorest I've been in my life. Hopefully next week. No, deffinitely next week.

So tired of the 180's. Im between 187-188. Hopefully I can see 185 by the end of this week. Kicking it in overdrive this year and staying there for good.

so, down to 180.8. lost all the weight i gained over christmas and some. so hopefully next week will see me into the 170s! woohoo!

I finally had my own offical weigh in since before Christmas this morning. And preparing myself for the worst, I stepped on and found myself at 189!

I knew I wasn't going to be thrilled with the number, but at least I still get to be part of this thread! Crisis brought down to manageable level.

Arrrgggg! i was doing so good i was at 186.4 and then here came tom and he pushed me all the way to 190.4 and now im back down to 188.2 but tom is still around i cant wait till he's gone so i can see if ive made it to 184 yet!

I'll just going to double dip here for a while since I'm back up to 180.4... This darn two pounds snuck back on while I wasn't looking. Although I have been super skimping on drinking water.

**Jackie I'm sure that's all it is and you'll be on your way in no time
Ps- I love your first 2 goals (I'm a Facebook addict already) so do you mind if I steal them? hehe
