  • Congrats Lexi... i want to be 179.. i need a good kick of reality.. and a serious good week and no booze... easier said then done, so hard not to socialise during Summer, ok i'd say somethin if i was in the 160's i'd be happier to float around...

    right best of luck to all hopefully we'll all be in the 170's together soon here's hoping..

    oh stop i'm a disaster, there seems to be one thing after another, and i find my motivation is nil the following day, melted cheese etc lol DISASTER

    anywaz good week this week so hoping to get it off, on the 29th June i will be 6 months on my weight loss journey there have been ups and downs, but i Really wanna be out of the 180#s by then,,,,

  • 184.2! I am soooo very excited to see the 170's again!

    I am involved in a Biggest Loser style challenge with some of my girlfriends and I decided to set 2 goals for myself for this challenge- 1) To quit drinking soda (diet and regular, NO soda) and 2) To get out of the 180s.

    I have not had a single soda since starting the challenge and I have 5 weeks left of the challenge to get out of the 180s! I hope to BLAST that goal away!!

    I have been MIA from 3FC for MONTHS... but I'm back!!
  • I've been on holiday for 2 weeks, and before I was 182 - sooo close to getting out of the 180s. However I think my period is coming up, and I wasn't great with eating/exercising while I was away so I'm bracing myself for Sunday's weigh in =S.
  • Still at 183.4 lbs. Can wait to see 179 on the scale.
  • I'm at 184 and hope that I can get out of the 180s by mid-July. I have out of town guests coming for two weeks so I'll know there'll be more food/drink than normal. I'm going to stay on track as much as possible but I want to be able to enjoy myself with friends I haven't seen in years so I'm not going to beat myself if these last 4 take a little longer than the first 6.
  • i went up again. its been a tough couple of days and i have a lot of homework to get done. i just dont know what to do i feel so down and disappointed in myself
  • Kells: I've been feeling like that most of June, don't be too hard on yourself, the weight will come off

    Down to 184.6 this morning, very interested to see if I am now unstuck for real. June has been rough.
  • Hey fellow 180's ladies!! Sadly, I have been MIA from 3FC for pretty much the first half of this year. I started Nursing school in January, and it consumed my life, and I quit dieting all together. Tried a few times to get back in the groove, but I crashed and burned. At one point before I quit I was down to 171.8. Thanks to eating like a horse the last 6 months and not working out, I am up to 181.8. However, I know that I will lose the first 5-7 pounds rather quickly (I am not knew to this lol) and hopefully that will motivate me to get my rear in gear and stay this time!

    My plan: Eat between 1200-1500 calories a day (cycling a bit). Workout 4-6 days per week. Lose 25 pounds by Oct. 29 and be at goal for New Years. Also, I am trying Alli. Anybody else use or try it? I am aware of the 'side effects' but I want the boost.

    Look forward to hanging with you girls, and moving to the 170's with you. Hopefully it only takes a few days! My old board buddies are all off in the 150's now- EEK!

  • 179.6 today...but not getting too excited yet. It's the new diet woosh, so I am going to hang out here for a few days to be sure it sticks. Totally changing my ticker though!
