    I weighed-in at 188.5 today but I'm waiting to see if it sticks tomorrow. I've been really sick so I'm not eating a ton at the moment because I can't keep it down so I'm hoping this is not just dehydration (I'm really trying to drink a lot of liquids!).
    It looks like the 188 stuck, I weighed-in at 188.3lbs today!

    Weighed in this morning at 183.8 lbs. My TOM is around the corner, so hopefully, I'll be out of the 180s soon.

  • well i've been 179.something for the last 3 days. today's food has been horrendous though so I may be 180 tomorrow. if i'm still 179.something tomorrow i'll move on to the next thread
  • ...and without any warning, 4 days early...
    tom really is unpredictable for me, last month I gained nothing, this month I am up to 187.6. 2.6lbs up, I am doubtful that I will get a whoosh that will take me back down to 185 and past it :S

    On a positive note thats (for those who "think" in stones) 3 1/2 stone loss & im over half way.

    Just HAVE to get out of the bloody 180s now!!!! Might have a really big PUSH this week (im busy so its looking good for being "good" )
  • My TOM is causing me to retain water. I've been really good (even with visitors for the weekend), and I'm only down to 183.4 lbs.

    supergir111, TOM sucks, and when you add weight loss to the equation, it's even worse. I really try to stay positive around that week. Hopefully, you still get that woosh you're looking for and it brings you right past 185.
  • Thanks petitefleur, exercise has really helped. huge NSV I ran for 14 mintutes non stop, I smashed my previous high by 5 minutes!

    mishflynn 31/2 stone is huge, I think about stones so seldom these days but It really puts it into perspective for me
