I'm looking for a email diet buddy I'm 26 5'7 and have a little over 100 pounds to lose
I'm not on a diet
I just stay away from fast food, eat healthy, eat smaller portions then I use to, drink water and exercise with Richard Simmons tapes. I'd like to be a diet buddy with a 25 - 27 year old woman who has 100 pounds are more to lose. And who isn't using the latest diet fad to lose weight
no pills, drinks, gum ect. I'v tryed it all only to gain the weight back when I started eating again

That is great! I'm still working on that first 20 I'm hanging in there. I know it gets a little easier after you lose enough weight to see some results.
I can see some results now so it doesn't seem so hard to keep with it.
