Hey, I’m new here but I can see that I have come to the right place. You all look great, such an inspiration! It is exactly five months before my 30th birthday and I have a pretty ambitious goal. I just got back from walking my dog. I walked 4.6 miles in an hour and a half my best time in a long long time so I figured I would join so I can stay motivated to keep that up. I think that has been my biggest challenge… sticking to it.

Hey MissEsq!! Welcome!

I too am going to be 30 soon and that is why I realized I had to get healthy and get healthy NOW! You have no idea how much you can do in 5 months until you really put your mind to it. Just stay on plan and remember, don't lose too much too quickly! =)

I've only been in it for 14 weeks and am down 34 lbs. Imagine what you can do in five months! Much much luck!

Krampus - I feel like every time you put a picture up I saw how adorable you are lol, so I'll just comment on how great that sweater is! You look so great!

MissESQ - Congrats on your walk! 5 months from now you'll be glad you started now Like Kriz said, you're going to be amazed at what you can accomplish in that amount of time if you stay focused!

Alice, I imagine you'll probably look proportionally thinner than I do at 128! I have the skeletal structure of a small child.

Krizstyling, thanks! That was the first day I wore an oversized shirt since losing weight. I can't believe you've lost 34 lbs in 14 weeks - that's fantastic!

Military Ball pictures!!! I loved my dress, but unfortunately we were too schnockered all night to get enough pictures. We were plastered in both of these.

So I was having a serious chocolate craving… my weakness. And instead of going to the store to buy junk food, I came to get motivation from your pics Yay! That’s progress for me, normally by now I would have been eating like I have stock in Little Debbie.

Hopefully I can stick to it!
