Whaaat! Casey! Your stomach is amazing! Holy cow! I'm 5 pounds heavier and 1 inch shorter and good lord, my stomach is a far, far cry from that. Is that from the Jillian Michaels DVD? If so, I am going to buy that RIGHT NOW.

Alice - YES! Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I was upset while doing it because the scale barely budged but good lord I toned up. Went down a jean size. I just bought her Burn fat boost metabolism DVD and can't wait to see the results!

Just bought the DVD off Amazon! It should be here by Thursday. I think I'm going to take a picture of my stomach every day and see how it changes!

I'm brand new to the 3 Fat Chicks community. This thread is so inspiring! I love all the beautiful pictures and wonderful progress!

I've lost about 45 lbs. and as soon as I'm able to post some pictures, I will!

everybody is looking awesome!! i wanted to chime in and say that I've been doing banish fat, boost metabolim for 3 weeks mon-fri (i did skip last fri) and i have tomorrow still to go, but i'm already seeing a very noticeable difference. there are some moves where i find are still hard (scissor kicks and the plank pushup things), but it's a pretty fun workout. i highly recommend it.
i also bought no more trouble zones by jillian...it is the same format, but with 3lb weights, -less cardio and more strength/ab exercises. i will do it tomorrow

criss! holy shnykies...what a difference! great job my body shape is very similar and i am just 1 inch shorter than you. i'm smaller than your 1st pic, but can't wait to get where you are now
