Krizstyling, I suppose I started in April of this year. I was about 156 at the highest (I used to weigh more, but that was in high school). Weighed myself after a particularly hardcore BBQ weekend and was pretty surprised in the disappointed way. It's been a slow process and I'm not done yet (would like to shoot for an equal BMI to my mom, who is 5'6 and 128 lbs - also my ticker is totally lying, I bounce between 125-130 like clockwork), but it feels great to finally match the image of what I imagined I looked like when I was a bit heavier.

Thank you for the vote of confidence! I'll see what I can do but there's a 10/10 chance I'll be moaning on here in a couple weeks about how I gained 500 kg on vacation.

I'd like to share.

Like most people who don't feel good about how they look I have always avoided full body shots in front of the camera like the plague. So this was the best I could find, caught off guard. lol

The first pic was me at my heaviest about four months ago. 250 pounds


The second and third pic are ones I took last night of my progression. 198 pounds.

So far 51 pounds lost. I still have about another 49 to go but it's progression and I am slowly getting there and slowly starting to build confidence and feel better about myself.
