I have a little room to shrink, obviously - but then I was also wearing shapewear underneath it the first time around... so I'm really not *that* far off. Can't believe it... :D

just sat at home reading this thread and thought wow what great inspiration................5 minutes later and i've striped to my underwear, taken pics, and now fully dressed again. i now have my 'before' pictures! urgh! am so going to use this as my motivation now! thanks everyone

It's been a while since I updated. I might not have moved far number wise with my weight loss, but physically I'm told I look a lot smaller! The haircut helped a lot with making me look skinnier, as well. ;)

You guys look awesome! Fitting into the prom dress is ALWAYS a wonderful feeling. Over the summer I tried mine on for kicks and found it fit - that felt great!

Liz - That's great! I have this dress sitting in my closet I'm dying to get into. Can't wait! I wish my prom dress still fit, but I was in the 200s in high school so it doesn't fit anymore lol.

i made that scarf last night/today for a presentation i had to give today for a construction equipment manufacturer whose colors are yellow, black and white so my group decided we would dress to fit. we got a 93 on the presentation, totally because of that scarf (yeah right).

Thanks aml. Yay for 5ks! I have to sign up for another one. I haven't been running as religiously as I was before the 5k. It was a huge goal of mine and I kind of fizzled out afterward.
