Costume sizing advice please

I haven't bought a Halloween costume in over 5 or 6 years! The hubby and I have been invited by a superior from work to a costume party. I'm trying to decided whether or not to buy a small or medium in a mystic gypsy costume. According to the size chart I'm at the cusp of the medium size. I don't want it to be too tight or too baggy. Here's a link to the costume I'm looking to buy:

I am currently 4,11 and 127lbs, with a 34 bust and 36 waist.

Anyone with experience with costumes that has advice will be greatly appreciated :)

In my experience with Halloween cosutmes, I have always gone with the bigger size. They always run small. Super cute costume BTW!!!

I'd have to agree, in my experience they seem to run small so I'd go with the medium.

Those seasonal Halloween shops that pop up in random shopping centers this time of year usually carry most of the costumes you find online. Go try it on. Last year I tried on about 10 of the costumes that allegedly came in my size and only two of them actually covered my a** (I wish I was exaggerating). And of those two, I'd only describe one of them as "fits." The other was just less way too small.
