I will be more prepared next time.. I didnt bring enough water and Im one of those super-prone to heat stroke freaks.. almost didnt make it, but it was SOOOO incredible!

I didn't yesterday cause I went by myself, but I'm going up with a friend today (if my legs can manage!) so I'll definitely get pictures of me this time!

I hiked in the North Carolina Mountains last week with my husband and pup. It was the first time for all of us. It was wonderful and exausting. I loved it. I live in a city and wish I could do it everyday. It is addictive.
