It depends on the individual's height. If you're fine for your height that's all that should matter and you're eating healthy and all that. I'm sure if you're not used to being at that weight it may seem like it's not healthy. If the op is that concerned maybe talk to your general dr and have your mother go with you if possible. Just a peace of mind thing if you can.

I agree with other posters - get to a place where you feel healthy, strong, and comfortable in your body. It's an individual thing a lot of times.

I haven't had that problem yet (I'm still like 50 lbs from my goal), but I KNOW I will. My mom already says I'm getting to be "tiny," and she really means it (which shocked me, because that's one word that so doesn't describe me). She's way supportive of me right now, but what happens when I get a lot smaller? Nothing good, that's what. She's my mom, so she'll worry, but I am also working on a plan for explaining my goals and that they're healthy.

If you work it out, please share. I've come up with exactly nothing so far. -sigh-
