Hello everyone!

I'm Sam. Just wanted to introduce myself so when I start posting, the "who is this chick" thoughts don't come out. I'm 23 and have been a yo-yo dieter from age 14, or so. Since I've been 5'5", my weights has been as low as 145 to 200.3, which is where I was last Thursday. I just graduated college and have decided the yo-yo is done, the binges will be minimized, the cravings will be controlled/satisfied w/o harm.
