Will it ever go away?

This "Fat Apron" that i have.... i hate it so much!

The rest of my body is thinning out but i have this hanging fat that i dont think will go away without surgery.. i still have around 60 pound to lose so i know i could still lose it but does anyone have any experience with type of fat distribution? I am scared that after i lose the weight i will have to have surgery to complete the process

It's hard to know for sure, only time will give you the answer. In the mean time just do cardio, some core muscle focus and lotion regularly and you'll have the best stomach you can!
It may not be perfect- but none of us are :spin:

I have something similar, I think. At first when I took my body measures it wouldn't BUDGE. I was sure it's be the same size forever.

But it's actually shrinking. I can't really tell by just looking at it (but then I'm bad at seeing differences like that in myself), but it's shrunk by inches so far. I'm worried about it too, but I'm going to wait until I hit my goal weight and then reassess.

You're about my height (an inch shorter) and your current weight is where I was a few months ago. From my experience, I definitely wasn't happy with how my stomach looked - I'm still not at all, actually. It seems like it'll never change to me right now, but the fact is that it IS changing.

Just hang in there until you reach your goal. I don't know for sure what will happen, but I'm thinking there will be some changes for the better. Also, at that point maybe a lot of abs workouts will be beneficial to help tighten that up. That's what I'm hoping for! :)
