Ali - I'm with you!

Well I'm a lil above you. I really messed up Friday-Sunday and got off track a bit....so I only lost 0.4 this week which brings me to 189.8. I am going to give it another week as well...when I go to the 180 thread I want to make sure I am CLEAR of the 180's. And truly after going off track I don't feel I deserve to go to 180's yet. Here's to entering the 180's CLEAR of 189!!

So i'm up a little after being REALLy bad over the past 3 weeks. So I'm at 198.5 as of today and me and another girl I work with made a bet to see who can lose the most over the next 6 weeks. There is money involved so I'm super motivated now!! Here's to being out of the 190's by the end of the month if not sooner

Kriztyling - Well done! any loss is good and if it brings you under 190 that's great!
I think we've proven something these past few weeks. That even if you fall off the wagon, it's not the end of the world. I know in the past I would have just let the dissapointment carry me of into gaining again.
The fact you had a loss is awesome. I would have gained for sure. Here's to clearing 189 for next week!

BLcarter. Good luck. There's nothing like some healthy competition to get your motivation going. Have fun with it.

Ali- Looks like you are moving into the next thread! i hope that I will be joining you soon

zan- Welcome back! We can do this girl!!!

So it is day 4 of my challenge with my coworker and so far I am doing really well I am also staying away from the scale(as I am a daily weigher) hopefull yto be surprised at my Monday weigh ins I mean surprised in a downward way haha.
Time to get a workout in today on my day off from work and do some grocery shopping!

Soooo tomorrow morning is weigh in day for me and I'm really nervous because I'm normally a daily weigher and I've been waiting ALL week this time. Hoping to be in the lead for my challenge with my coworker!! WISH ME LUCK I'll post the results in the morning

Today was my weigh-in and although I didn't lose the 3 pounds I was trying for, I lost 1.8 and am now 188!!! SO I am moving out of this thread but I wanted to come back one last time to wish you all MUCH LUCK and success in getting out and never seeing this thread again! I know I'll need it especially this time of year!

hate being scared to weigh in you know that mini-freak out (if you use wii fit). when the amount is slowley ticking up? know what i mean? i almost die everytime :O

anyways i am actually weighing in at the moment....and its ticking :O:O:O:O:O:O

192.2 happy thats about 87 kilos so im pretty happy i can now change the weight in my current weight ill be moving to 180s soon to mayby :O

so will most of you! keep it up people

Okay, the first part of my week went so well, i was so happy.
I'm a daily weigher (don't judge me, it's just who I am ) and by Thursday I was seeing 187.8. Woohoo. right! ergh then there was Friday....and Saturday....and Sunday, Something happened in my brain (maybe in that insecure part that doesn't want me to succeed, just so it can have an easy life, stupid brain). but anyway the snack monster came out and gobbled up anything in it's path .
By my official weigh in on Monday I was back to 189.6. DOH!
I have pulled it back for today and now weigh 189.0
So this means i'm moving out of this thread anyway, though it's not really the way I would have liked to leave.

I wish all you ladies goodluck. See you soon in 180s.
