I fell off the wagon for a few weeks and have GAINED 6 POUNDS!!!!

Now I am finding it so difficult to get back on track.:tantrum::censored::tantrum::censored::tantr um::censored::tantrum::censored:

Get back to it! :) The sooner you get back to where you were, the sooner you lose those 6 pounds you gained ;)

Probably at least some of that is water retention from extra sodium Just get right back on that wagon!! Good job catching it before the weight gain gets out of hand!

6day>6 months! Don't let it get away from you. TRUST ME! that 6lbs is way better than gaining all 25 you had originally lost!!! It will come back to fast if your lifestyle doesn't really change and you will really hate yourself for letting go.

must agree. there is no use crying over spilled milk. It happened, so what you need is to jump back on the wagon and continue to keep doing what you were doing that helped you lose those 25 pounds to begin with.
