I personally dont even count calories burned, I think that just adds in a whole bunch of blah to the wl journey, but this is just me. I would play around with my calories to see what works. As others have said the closer you get to goal the Harder it is to lose and depending on your activity level you could very much need to change up what you are eating. For instance try adding in more protein etc..... For me its more about what I eat.
Sad thing about this journey is that some folks have to try different things to see what works.
