For the past two weeks I have not and I repeat , have not overeaten!:carrot:
That has been a battle for all my life. When I lost all the weight years ago and kept it off, i found a way to retrain my mind about food and it became SO easy to maintain a healthy weight without much thought. I hope this is the begininng to a normal relationship with food again, because I know that is 99% of the battle for me. Yay me!:D
