Hey All...

Iv been away for about 6 weeks, i had my gallbladder removed 3 weeks ago and have been just out for a bit but im back and ready to start again, i have continued to lose weight the past 6 weeks but very,very slowly...Im looking to lose another 15 by the end of the year! I know i can do it with everyones help

Don't push yourself too hard! I'm glad your surgery went okay.

15 pounds by the end of the year sounds like a nice slow goal, I wish you the best of luck :) (And I like your tattoos!)
