Why do boys insist on starting to drink at noon when they know they have plans? Baltimore isn't happening, but another friend of mine's plans got cancelled for the evening, so we're meeting halfway and going to see Salt

I went out to dinner and then got frozen yogurt with my friend last night but I prepared for it by eating less calories all day and it felt SO good to not feel guilty or gross afterward!!! I think I also felt good about it because I was eating with someone I hadn't seen in a long time (as opposed to just wolfing down junk by myself), so the main focus of dinner was hanging out--not just eating. I'm in a happier mindset even though my weight is still three pounds more from the vacation I took two weeks ago. I feel like I can get my way out of this (:

day 5 of me being really on plan...feeling awesome!

Tomorrow marks one month before school starts. I wanna loose 10 pounds..and I am gonna do it.

Next week workout goals: Mon: 1 hour water aerobics + 1 hour with trainer
Tues: Hiking Mount S. and Grizzly Peak
Weds: 1 hour water aerobics + 1 hour with trainer
Thurs: Off
Fri: 1 hour water aerobics + 1/2 cardio + 1 hour with trainer
Sat: Gym or hiking
Sun: off

I think I am going to try and limit calories 1,600 - 1,700... I am kinda nervous to do this because of how much activity I am going to be doing but it may just give me the 'bump' I need.

I am also chugging down water....

Very uneventful day for me today..some cleaning, maybe a movie...I can sense a nap as well. I love sundays...

Tomorrow starts my intense workout week...I am pretty excited about this...

I hope everyone had a good OP (and fun!) weekend!

Taylor - I read this article yesterday that said to take your goal weight, multiply it by 10, and that should be the amount of calories you eat NOT COUNTING exercise. It said to bump your calories up by 200-300 depending on how intensely you worked out.

I did that yesterday and I didn't find myself eyeing my cat hungrily...

Off to Baltimore

I realized today that it is easier to walk at an incline for me than to run with zero incline...and i burn the same number of calories either way!! did anyone else experience this?
