NSV!! so excited!
Today I went to my doctor and got my blood pressure taken. It was only 100/70!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!! :carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot:
the lowest I've ever had was 112/78, and I was happy with that! the nurse was very impressed :) she said it was "excellent" which is a new adjective used to describe my health for me lol
anyway, so my runs every night for only 15 mins that I thought weren't helping me a lot, are actually doing a lot!!! thanks for letting me share this with you guys :)
