Another new face
After lurking for quite some time, and making some random posts here and there I decided it was time to actually say hello!
My name is Tori, and I'm about to turn 22 (21 going on 40 is more like it). I've always been a gym buff, I used to go with my mom when I was like 15, but due to there being junk food in the house.. my eating habits were.. well.. not very good to say the least.
I decided to change that a couple of years ago and I was doing really good, then I met a boy. A year after that his dad got sick and he had to move back home to Winnipeg, so we did the long distance thing. I don't want to blame my choices on him, but he was the typical guy of shoving everything down his throat and not gaining a pound so I did too, whenever we saw each other. So I'd lose 10-20 pounds, he'd come here or I'd go there and I would gain it all back.
Long story short, his dad died and he couldn't handle a relationship anymore, which brings us to now, where I have no more excuses.
I'm following a eating plan, and try to just make smart decisions instead of calorie counting, and I go to the gym 5 days a week.
I look forward to getting to know all of you!
