Hi!

My name is Kirsten. I am 24 years old. I've been married for 7 months, and we are already separated after a very rough start to our marriage. We have had some unexpected obstacles. Through all the stress, I have gained 20 lbs since our October wedding. Before that, I was already wanting to lose another 12-15. So now I am bursting out of all of my clothes and am really ready to take control and get my life back on track. I know I can find the support of others here who may share some of the same struggles with food.

I am grateful to have a place to share my thoughts, ups and downs, and victories.

I am a strong, sexy, confident woman inside. I want to be able to feel that and show that on the outside too.
